Welcome to the Chattanooga Convention Center. We are pleased you’ll be exhibiting in our facility and want to help make your experience a productive and successful one. Our facility is equipped to take care of all of your needs and we have highly experienced staff to help you along the way.

The Chattanooga Convention Center (CCC) exclusively supplies Electricity, Utilities and Communication Services for each exhibit. We also provide assistance in Freight & Drayage and Decoration, if a show decorator has not been contracted.

ONLINE ORDERING:

• Online ordering is available 24/7. 
• Exhibitors must order all equipment needed for their event on our website. We no longer have downloadable forms.
• There are two price rates: Advance Rate & Standard Rate.
• Advance Rate will be available until 11:59pm, 14 days prior to the start of the move-in date of your event. 
• Price rates will automatically change after the Advance Rate expires. 
• Standard Rate applies within THIRTEEN (13) day of the event.
• Online ordering will be suspended THREE (3) days prior to your event move-in date.
• On-Site Registration will be available at the Service Desk during move-in date(s).
• Standard Rate applies to on-site registration.
• FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY - Please submit this mandatory form if you plan to sample or sell Food or Beverage.
• BALLOON WAIVER - Please submit this mandatory form if you plan to have balloons or inflatables at your event.
• EXHIBITOR PARKING - Please review our vendor parking policies. 
• AUDIO VISUAL ORDER FORM - Please submit this form if you have any Audio Visual needs in your booth. All inquiries will be directed to the Audio Visual team.
• Sign and Banner Hanging - Please submit this form if you have signs or banners to hang.
