Electrical Service Connections: Each service connection is for one (1) cord with one (1) outlet, for the duration of the show, generally placed. Special placement may incur labor charge. If you have special instructions, please upload your directions at the end of the your order. Every request will be scheduled in the most efficient manner. 

Utility Service Connections: Exhibitors must furnish all necessary fittings to connect to 1/2" female pipe thread for air and water connections. Utility Rates do not include any hook-up equipment, this must be provided by exhibitor.

The Chattanooga Convention Center is equipped with high speed Internet connectivity throughout the building. This is ideal for surfing the web or checking emails. This is a shared network, Internet speeds may vary depending on the amount of users in the building. This service prohibits downloading video and other media content. If you have a greater need for a dedicated network a hardwire connection is ideal.

HARDWIRE SERVICE: A dedicated high speed Internet line is 100 Mbits/s and is hooked-up through standard Ethernet cable (RJ-45), with CAT 5E Coupler, if needed. Exhibitors must provide all equipment, hardware and software necessary to receive Internet service. A splitter can be provided upon request for up to 5 devices.

Hardwire Internet access is recommended for Credit Card Machines*, Multiple Device Usage, Interactive Kiosks, Streaming Videos or Online Registration Forms.

All equipment rates are based on the duration of the show.

There is a 9.25% Tax on all rental items. Equipment that is removed by exhibitor will be billed for the cost of replacement.

Cancellation Policy: Equipment cancelled after move-in will be charge 25% of original price, draped table cloths at 100% of skirting price. All item subject to availability as orders are received.

BANNER & SIGN HANGING FORM - If you plan to have the Convention Center hang a sign or banner in or above your booth, please submit this mandatory form. 

There are FOUR (4) options to ship your packages to and from the Chattanooga Convention Center:

1. COMBINED SERVICES – Includes receiving incoming freight, booth transport and outgoing services.THIS IS THE MOST COMMON TYPE OF SERVICE.
2. INBOUND Only – Includes unloading of freight and storage prior to show.
3. BOOTH TRANSFER – Moving freight from storage to booth, from booth to loading dock.
4. OUTBOUND Only – Includes storage of freight and loading onto carrier.

All drayage rates are based on CWT (weight per 100lbs, in the US) multiplied by an established rate. Please note there is a 200lb minimum weight per each order. Below is the rate formula for the Chattanooga Convention Center’s Freight & Drayage:
